Um diesen gerecht zu werden, werden zunehmend Roboter eingesetzt, die industrielle Produktionsschritte unz\u00e4hlige Male ohne Fehler wiederholen. Der Anwendungsfall U2 befasst sich mit der Interaktion von Mensch und Maschine im industriellen Kontext. Der Fokus liegt darauf zu zeigen, wie eine Maschine direkt vom Menschen lernen kann und das gelernte Verhalten an weitere Maschinen weitergibt, auch wenn diese in unterschiedlichen Kontexten stehen. Dabei soll das direkte Lernen vom Menschen die zeit- und kostenintensive Programmierung von Maschinen nach dem Stand der Technik ersetzen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column bereits viel \u00fcber die Gestaltung von kollaborativen Arbeitszellen und Robotern geforscht wurde, gibt es noch gro\u00dfe Herausforderungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Eine dieser Herausforderungen besteht darin, den Robotern alle erforderlichen F\u00e4higkeiten zu vermitteln, damit sie an einem bestimmten Arbeitsplatz n\u00fctzlich sind (Erlernen von F\u00e4higkeiten). Die Art und Weise, wie moderne Roboter programmiert werden, unterscheidet sich stark von den m\u00fchsamen und zeitaufw\u00e4ndigen Prozessen fr\u00fcherer Systeme. So wird zum Beispiel das kin\u00e4sthetische Lernen immer h\u00e4ufiger zur Programmierung kollaborativer Roboter eingesetzt, was eine viel intuitivere und effizientere Programmierung durch direkte Anleitung der Roboter erm\u00f6glicht. Der Roboter kann dann auf der gezeigten Aufgabe aufbauen und sie mit Hilfe geeigneter Lernmethoden selbstst\u00e4ndig optimieren. Beispiele f\u00fcr solche Aufgaben sind Schrauben\/Bohren, Stanzen, Schleifen, H\u00e4mmern oder Schwei\u00dfen. Je nach Anwendungsszenario k\u00f6nnen die Aufgaben vielf\u00e4ltig variiert werden, z. F\u00fcr sichere \u00dcbergabesituationen zwischen Menschen und Robotern sind die Pr\u00e4zision und die Latenzzeit der aktuellen 3D-Erfassungs- und Verfolgungsans\u00e4tze jedoch immer noch unzureichend. Immersive Modellierung ist ein vielversprechender Weg, um 3D-Objekte in VR\/AR zu kennzeichnen, zu segmentieren und semantische Eigenschaften zu extrahieren. Daher schlagen wir ein mehrschichtiges immersives 3D-Scanning-Framework vor, um eine AR\/VR-Umgebung f\u00fcr verschiedene Anwendungen zu schaffen. Das Framework basiert auf der Strukturierung von Punktwolken in sinnvolle Teile.
