We, the team of the Cluster of Excellence \u201cCentre for Tactile Internet with Human-in-the-Loop\u201d (CeTI), hereby declare that we believe in a tolerant and cosmopolitan society.<\/p>\n

Our team unites people of different backgrounds, cultures and nationalities. This diversity is as inspiring for us as it is necessary for the success of the cluster. We want all<\/em> our colleagues to feel at home in Saxony for their work as well as for their private lives. We therefore stand up for tolerance and cosmopolitanism. We will not tolerate racism or discrimination. Our employees and partners are expected to treat colleagues respectfully and open-minded. To us, these are given rules of human togetherness. Excellent science depends on a team of the best, it can only thrive within international exchange and close co-operation.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, we are convinced that a climate of intolerance will severely damage Saxony as research and business location. We therefore urgently appeal to the political parties to work against such developments and to promote cosmopolitanism and tolerance by all means.<\/p>\n

Let us as citizens stand up for this climate! People subjected to racism and intolerance need our solidarity every day: by not looking away, answering back and by standing by their side.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

CeTI le cluster d\u2019excellence – contre le racisme<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nous, la direction du cluster d\u2019Excellence \u00ab\u00a0Centre for Tactile Internet with Human-in-the-Loop\u00a0\u00bb (CeTI), d\u00e9clarons par la pr\u00e9sente, que nous croyons en une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 tol\u00e9rante et cosmopolite.<\/p>\n

Notre \u00e9quipe r\u00e9unit des gens de formations, de cultures et de nationalit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes. Cette diversit\u00e9 nous est inspirante et elle est n\u00e9cessaire au succ\u00e8s de notre groupe. Nous voulons que tous nos coll\u00e8gues qui vivent en Saxe se sentent chez eux tant au travail qu\u2019\u00e0 la maison. C\u2019est pourquoi nous d\u00e9fendons vivement la tol\u00e9rance et le cosmopolitisme. Nous ne tol\u00e9rerons aucun racisme ni aucune discrimination. Nous attendons de nos employ\u00e9s et nos partenaires qu\u2019ils traitent leurs coll\u00e8gues de fa\u00e7on respectueuse et avec ouverture d\u2019esprit. La solidarit\u00e9 est pour nous une r\u00e8gle de base. La clef de l\u2019excellence scientifique est de former un groupe compos\u00e9 des meilleures t\u00eates et le d\u00e9veloppement de la diversit\u00e9 en science n\u2019est possible qu\u2019\u00e0 travers un \u00e9change international et une \u00e9troite collaboration.<\/p>\n

De plus, nous sommes convaincus qu\u2019un climat d\u2019intol\u00e9rance peut consid\u00e9rablement endommager la r\u00e9putation de la Saxe sur le plan scientifique ainsi que l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique locale. Nous sollicitons donc les partis politiques \u00e0 collaborer de toute urgence afin de faire face \u00e0 l\u2019intol\u00e9rance et de promouvoir le cosmopolitisme et le respect.<\/p>\n

Levons-nous, citoyens, pour ce climat de tol\u00e9rance! Les personnes sujettes au racisme et \u00e0 l\u2019intol\u00e9rance ont besoin de notre solidarit\u00e9 chaque jour. N\u2019ignorons pas ces situations mais prenons position en r\u00e9pondant et en restant \u00e0 leurs c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Exzellenzcluster CeTI gegen Rassismus<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Leitung des Exzellenzclusters \u201eCentre for Tactile Internet with Human-in-the-Loop\u201c (CeTI) bekennt sich zu Weltoffenheit und Toleranz.<\/p>\n

Das Team von CeTI besteht aus Menschen unterschiedlichster Herkunft, Kultur und Nationalit\u00e4t. Die Diversit\u00e4t dieses Teams ist inspirierend; f\u00fcr den Erfolg des Clusters ist sie eine Notwendigkeit. Wir wollen, da\u00df sich alle<\/em> unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in Sachsen wohlf\u00fchlen, sowohl am Arbeitsplatz als auch zu Hause mit ihren Familien, Partnern und Freunden. Wir treten daher offensiv f\u00fcr Toleranz und Weltoffenheit ein, Rassismus und Diskriminierung werden wir nicht dulden. Wir erwarten von unseren Mitarbeitenden und Partnern einen respektvollen und offenen Umgang untereinander. F\u00fcr uns sind dies selbstverst\u00e4ndliche Grunds\u00e4tze des Miteinanders. Exzellente Wissenschaft bedarf eines Teams der besten K\u00f6pfe, es kann sie nur mit internationalem Austausch in enger Zusammenarbeit geben.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind wir aber auch der \u00dcberzeugung, da\u00df ein Klima der Intoleranz dem Forschungs- und Wirtschaftsstandort Sachsen schadet. Wir appellieren daher eindringlich an die Politik, solchen Entwicklungen entgegenzuwirken und Weltoffenheit und Toleranz in Sachsen mit allen Mitteln zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n

Lassen Sie uns jetzt als Menschen f\u00fcr dieses Klima einstehen! Von Rassismus und Intoleranz betroffene Menschen brauchen unsere Solidarit\u00e4t im Alltag: indem wir hinsehen, widersprechen und an ihrer Seite stehen.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
