Curriculum Vitae<\/h3>\n

Simon Hanisch studied computer science at the TU Dresden and finished his Master’s in 2019. During his studies he already was a working student for queo working on website development, after his bachelor he shifted his focus towards IT-Security doing security testing and development for T-Systems MMS as a working student. He is currently focused on advancing video anonymization systems from controlled lab environments into real-world applications.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

What are the main topics or questions that drive your research?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I\u2019m currently working on implementing efficient, real-time video anonymization for autonomous systems.<\/p>\n

What inspired you to pursue your current field of work?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I\u2019d love to have more robots in my life to take care of everyday chores, but with today\u2019s largely unchecked data collection, that raises serious privacy concerns\u2014so I\u2019m focused on improving the privacy of these systems.<\/p>\n

What excites you most about being part of CeTI?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to drive this work forward.<\/p>\n

Which challenge or question has recently sparked your curiosity?<\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/h4>\n

Deploying machine learning\u2013based anonymization directly on embedded devices for efficient, real-time processing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

How do you like to recharge or spend your time outside of work?<\/strong><\/h4>\n
