DESCRIPTION:The family festival at TU Dresden offeres an afternoon full of fun\, creativity and varied experiences. \nIn addition to live music\, choreographic dance performances and many other activities\, we once again are presenting the fascinating SPOT robot dogs. Visitors can take the dogs for a walk around the festival grounds and “feed” them with 3D-printed bones and gummy bears.

SUMMARY:Girls for Robotics 2025/26
DESCRIPTION:The “Girls for Robotics” working group for the 2025/26 school year will start again on September 23\, 2025! \nThe program Girls for Robotics offers schoolgirls from all over Saxony the opportunity to gain more experience and self-confidence in dealing with technology and thus promote their interest in scientific fields. The vision is to use Girls for Robotics to accompany girls and young women on a path to becoming self-confident engineers and specialists in the field of robotics in Saxony. \nTo inspire the girls to pursue a career in science\, the project is supported by female founders from the field of digitalisation. They can share their knowledge and experience to act as role models for the young women. Field trips to regional companies are also part of the Girls for Robotics programme. \nThe working group will meet every Tuesday afternoon at TU Dresden starting on September 23. The target group for this course is girls in grades 7 to 10 from all over Saxony. We can offer 16 places in this course.
