Already this summer the film was shot with Prof. Frank H. P. Fitzek, speaker of the Cluster of Excellence CeTI, about the Tactile Internet and the cooperation between human and machine. In How robots around the world can be controlled in the future, will be explained at the example of a demonstrator, a so-called digital twin. CeTI’s vision for the future is to enable people to interact in real time with interconnected, automated systems in both the real and virtual worlds. Here now the finished result on 3sat from 24th of October, starting at 08:50.

Privacy, Tactile Internet and Computer Games – from then until tomorrow‘ is the title of the special trip via the Science Tram. On 8th of October, the Science Tram will travel through Dresden with experts from the Cluster of Excellence of TU Dresden CeTI – Centre for Tactile Internet with Human-in-the-Loop, the cfaed research cluster from TU Dresden and the Museum of Science and Technology. The trip starts at 17:00 at Straßburger Platz. As always, a ride is free of charge.

As CeTI, we are currently preparing a part of the children’s holiday care at TU Dresden to get pupils interested in science.

As a family-friendly university, the TU Dresden would like to support its employees in reconciling work and family responsibilities. Child holiday care is available to children in the 5th – 8th grade of TU Dresden employees. The children can visit institutes and laboratories and experience exciting experiments as part of the children’s holiday care at CeTI.
