Curriculum Vitae
Achim Schade is currently a Research Associate at CeTi. After completing his diploma thesis in electrical engineering in 2021, Achim started as a software developer at Mimetik, one of the CeTi spin-off tech start-ups specialized on digitalizing human motions.
At CeTI he is currently researching gesture and action recognition using data from different wearable devices with an emphasis on low latency.
What do you value most about your work at CeTI?
Being part of this young and interdisciplinary team really opens up the perspective and provides the possibility to benefit from the knowledge of other researches with very different backgrounds.
What was your best moment at CeTI so far?
Being part of the 5G-Summit.
How do you spend your spare time?
In my free time I like to hike and mountainbike.
