Cong has been working as a PhD candidate at CeTI since August 2023, with a current focus on the explainability of human-robot systems. He pursued his studies in the field of robotics and machine learning at TU München, earning his Master’s Degree in 2022. Prior to that, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2016.

What is your research interest?
I am generally interested in robotics and studies that can make robotics and human better work together.
What motivated you to do what you do today?
Fun. I always enjoy my research and find it to be fun and fulfilling.
What do you find particularly interesting about CeTI?
I find the most interesting aspect of CeTI to be the extensive collaborations across diverse fields.
How do you spend your free time?
Cycling and playing Go.
