From October 2 to 4, 2024, we had the privilege of participating in the German Unity Day celebrations held in Warsaw. This annual event not only marks the reunification of Germany but also serves as a platform for fostering international collaboration, particularly between Germany and Poland. This year, the focus on strengthening cooperation between Saxony and Poland, especially in the fields of science and economics, was a highlight of the event.
Our participation in this prestigious event allowed us to contribute to the growing collaboration between Technische Universität Dresden and Politechnika Warszawska. Both institutions are key players in advancing research and innovation in Europe, and their partnership has the potential to drive impactful developments in technology, engineering, and applied sciences. The exchange of knowledge between these two institutions paves the way for groundbreaking research and further integration of Saxony and Poland within the European scientific and industrial landscape.
