One of many highlights this year was the opening of the CeTIBAR – a “robot kitchen” as a research laboratory.

We can look back on an eventful and successful inauguration in April 2024. The CeTIBAR has not only created a unique research laboratory, but has also been a place for special occasions, workshops and a special interplay of innovation and culinary delights ever since.

At the opening, chef Benjamin Biedlingmaier explained the spectacular fusion of robotics and culinary art. Visitors – including Rector Prof. Ursula Staudinger and Minister President Michael Kretschmer – were able to experience live how robotic arms help with cooking and how augmented reality opens up a world of new possibilities.

We are delighted to have presented CeTIBAR in a variety of ways this year and are looking forward to the coming year 2025.
