Curriculum Vitae

Johannes Busch holds a degree in electrical engineering from TU Dresden. He joined CeTI in 2023 to research hierarchical and model-based reinforcement learning and their application to robotics.

Projects/Cooperation within CeTI you are involved in:
MintEC Camp

What is your research interest?

Hierarchical reinforcement learning, model-based reinforcement learning, robotics.

What motivated you to do what you do today?

I was always fascinated by adaptive and robotic systems. Applying novel methods from AI to robotic control is a childhood dream come true.

What do you find particularly interesting about CeTI?

The interdisciplinary that offers many contact points for cooperation.

How do you spend your free time?

Hiking, biking, and rowing.
