Professor Frank Fitzek (CeTI) met with Michael Muehlebach and his team (Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems) to discuss the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the prospects for future collaborations between the two institutes.

During the meeting, several key areas of application were addressed, including healthcare, industry, and telecommunications, with a particular focus on education. The shared goal is to bring AI into schools, making it accessible and understandable to young people, so as to train new generations to use this technology in an informed and innovative way.

During their visit to Dresden, Michael Muehlebach and his team also visited the Nationales Centrum für Tumorerkrankungen (NCT), one of Germany’s leading centers for cancer research and treatment, further promoting the exchange of expertise and possible future synergies.
