CeTI had the pleasure of hosting a group of brilliant young people from the Dr. Hans Riegel Foundation’s MINT TANK programme. This programme is aimed at winners of the Dr. Hans Riegel Award and aims to provide long-term support to emerging young scientists, while also promoting the creation of a network of contacts among future talents in scientific research.

During the visit, participants were able to explore topics of great scientific and technological relevance through a presentation by Stefan Köpsell and a lecture on the Tactile Internet by Prof. Frank Fitzek.

In addition, the group had the opportunity to visit the medical research facilities at the National Centre for Cancer Research in Dresden (NCT/UCC), where CeTI is actively involved in the development of innovative technologies for the future of healthcare.
