We are delighted by the DFG’s decision: CeTI is entering the second funding phase of the Excellence Strategy!

Thank you to TU Dresden for the great support, and to everyone involved who made this success possible.

We look back with great pride on what we have achieved together in just under seven years, and we are even more pleased to continue our joint research for the next seven years.

Over the past few years, we have cultivated a distinctive interdisciplinary research environment through CeTI by introducing the innovative concept of the “Tactile Internet with Human-Machine Interaction” to research, education, and society. We are particularly proud of our intensive interdisciplinary collaborations, which extend far beyond the cluster.

We are particularly pleased with the progress we have made with over 200 schools and the young people we have met. Thanks to additional funding, we now have the opportunity to visit 400 more schools and spark the interest of even more students in science and technology.

With renewed energy, we are starting the second funding phase and looking forward to the next steps, both scientifically and technologically, as well as socially.
