I’m Dominik, I studied computer science at the TU Dresden. I then started as a doctoral student at the National Center for Tumor Diseases in Dresden as part of CeTI, where I work on methods for computer- and robot-assisted surgery.
What was your favorite subject at school?
Math!
What was your dream job as a child?
At first I wanted to be a baker. When I found out that you have to get up early for that, I switched to pizza baker.
What is your favorite thing to do in your free time?
I like to play the guitar or play and watch baseball.
Do you prefer coffee or tea?
Tea.
What do you like about Dresden?
I like the pleasant mix of big and small city. It’s not as touristy and traffic-intensive as a big city, but still has a lot of culture to offer.
