The all-day programme Girls for Robots offers schoolgirls from all over Saxony the opportunity to program robots on their own. The aim is for girls to gain more experience and self-confidence in dealing with technology and thus promote their interest in scientific fields.
As part of the exhibition “Dr. Zukunft - Medizintechnik aus der Dresdner Wissenschaft” at the COSMO Wissenschaftsforum CeTI will also be represented with a free workshop on October 17.
To mark the International Day of Women and Girls in Science on 11 February, CeTI is hosting a mother-daughter workshop on robotics on 16 February.
On Girls' Day, we are part of a larger project called “A day at the university”, in collaboration with the Diversity Management and the Service Center Studies at Technische Universität Dresden.
