Jiajing Zhang

Jiajing Zhang is a Ph.D. student in Deutsche Telekom Chair of Communication Networks at TU Dresden.
She received her bachelor degree in Communication Engineering at North China Electric Power University (Beijing). After finishing her bachelor, she started to pursue her master degree in Nanoelectronic Systems at Dresden University of Technology. During her study she has worked as intern and student helper in the field of Vehicular Communication and eventually wrote her master thesis with the topic of Distributed Smart Grid Learning and Automation. She becomes a member of CeTI since 2019 and mainly locates herself in K2 room. Her current topic is to optimize the dynamic resource allocation in intelligent multi-domain network.

Projects/Cooperation within CeTI you are involved in:

1) Internet of Skills research with U3.
2) Personal collaborative research with Andreas Traßl, TP3, which is to apply Machine Learning into wireless channel outage prediction

CeTI rooms within CeTI you are involved in:

K2, U3

Further Questions:

What do you value most about your work at CeTI?

CeTI has provided a plenty of opportunities to inspire young researchers, not only us, but the pupils as well.

What was your best moment at CeTI so far?

To introduce our work and show our demos to the young pupils.

What else would you like to research?

I would like to research on Data Mining&Extraction&Processing, as Tactile Internet produces a huge amount of data with multiple types. Transferring the processed data instead of the large raw data through the network can release the pressure of traffic congestion.

How do you spend your spare time?

During my spare time I like to play basketball, tennis, and participate some other exciting sportive activities, however sometimes I also like to simply read books, play the guitar or piano alone for relaxation.
