The “Girls for Robots” workshop series has started a new round on August 27. The girls came together for the first time today in the launchhub42 ComSpace, where they were welcomed and given a first introduction to the topic.

From now on the free workshop will introduce girls in grades 7 to 10 to the world of robotics every Tuesday afternoon. The aim is to increase girls’ interest in topics about science, technology, engineering and mathamatics (STEM-subjects).

Every week, the girls will gain different exciting insights, such as the basics of robotics, getting to know various demonstrators such as the Boston Dynamics spots or excursions to various companies from the STEM sector.
