Students use their energy for young people in poorer regions of the world to improve their living and educational opportunities and to create prospects for the future. How does this work? On the last Tuesday before the summer holidays, students swap their school desks for a job. The pupils* donate the wages they have earned and thus support social projects locally in Saxony and worldwide. Employers can be anyone on this day: businesses, companies, associations, institutions or private persons. Simple auxiliary activities are carried out for which there is often not enough time in everyday life, for example dusting the office, sorting files, clearing shelves, mowing the lawn, … The students also gain an insight into different professional fields and can gain experience. CeTI supports the action day and offers three students a work placement for this day. The students will help with office organization, but can also test robot experiments designed for students.
