The Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) for Skill Transfer demonstrator shows how networking technologies of the Tactile Internet can improve the teleoperation of robotics and enable remote skill transfer from humans to machines. We can simulate the current internet, where the teleoperation becomes unstable due to the congestion of the network by other users. By introducing Tactile Internet technologies like TSN and our Haptic Codec (IEEE 1918.1.1-2024), we provide stable teleoperation for the user despite the congested network. This will enable the prioritization of haptic applications in the Tactile Internet, which is crucial for immersive and safe interactions and experiences.
