BeWISE – Empowering Women in Science and Engineering.

We are excited to highlight the success of the BeWISE conference, an innovative event designed for young female scientists from selected Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) – German Research Foundation programmes at Technische Universität Dresden.

-Workshops and coaching: participants had access to a rich series of workshops and coaching sessions designed to enhance their skills and knowledge in the fields of science and engineering.

-Focus Talks: Engaging conversations with experienced professors provided valuable guidance in navigating research career paths. These candid conversations fostered mentorship and networking opportunities for all participants.
